摘 要:某武器系统是火力控制与运动控制相结合的自动化装备,其运行稳定性、可靠性受电磁干扰影响;通过对其结构、材料、电器元件、电路方式、电路卡等的电磁兼容性进行了分析,在零部件设计与布局、装配方法、元件自身抗电磁干扰、单元互抗电磁干扰、信号隔离、电路布线、接地、电路屏蔽以及滤波等方面采取措施;按照GJB151A对电子设备相关要求进行了电磁兼容性试验,证明该系统满足各项性能指标,系统运行可靠稳定。A weapon system is a combination fire control and motion control, and its operation stability and reliability are influenced by electromagnetic interference. The electromagnetic compatibility of structure, material, electrical components, circuit and circuit card were analyzed. Several import methods were taken in some respects such as the component design and layout, assembly method, anti-electromagnetic interference, each anti-electromagnetic interference, signal isolation, circuit wiring, grounding, shielding and filtering circuit and so on. According to the related requirement of GJB151A for electronic equipment, electromagnetic compatibility test was conducted to show that the system meets the performance indicators and the system runs stably and reliable.
