摘  要:研究了直接水冷和三段式冷却工艺对热轧高扩孔钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,试验钢中的组织在直接水冷工艺下为准多边形铁素体和粒状贝氏体,在三段式冷却工艺下为等轴多边形铁素体和粒状贝氏体。三段式冷却工艺下空冷开冷温度和冷却时间对试验钢的组织和性能影响较大,采用三段式冷却工艺能够获得强度和成形性能优良的热轧高扩孔钢。The effect of direct cooling and three-stage cooling process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of hot rolled high hole expansion steel was studied. The results showed that the microstructure of the test steel under direct cooling process was quasi-polygonal ferrite and granular bainite. Under three- stage cooling process, the microstructure of the test steel was equiaxed polygonal ferrite and granular bainite, and the start cooling temperature and holding time of air cooling had a great effect on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the test steel. The hot rolled high hole expansion steel with excellent strength and formability could be obtained by using three-stage cooling process.
