摘  要:基于现有的测量杨氏模量的几种方法各自都存在着一些缺点,例如精度不高、实际操作较复杂、仪器体积庞大不便于携带等,不利于工程领域的实际应用,设计了基于迈克耳孙干涉原理的全自动杨氏模量测量仪,可解决现有测量方法所存在的缺点。通过对测量不确定度的估算,其较通常大学物理实验室光杠杆法的测量精度可提高1-2个数量级。Regarding some shortcomings existing in the current measurement methods of Young's modulus such as low precision,difficulty of operation,inconvenience for carrying about due to the size,etc.,they are not favorable for actual operation in engineering field.Due to the above considerations,a design method for the automatic Young's modulus measuring instrument based on Michelson interference principle is proposed,which can solve the shortcomings of the existing measuring methods.By estimating the uncertainty of measurement,the measurement's precision by this method can be improved by 1to 2orders of magnitude compared with the result measured in the common college physics laboratory.
