摘 要:以上海某在建工程为背景,系统介绍了开洞较多的地下室顶板的嵌固能力、超长地下室温度应力控制及大开洞及多塔结构楼板计算分析及加强措施。利用ETABS有限元软件及YJK软件建立了相关模型,通过将地震作用简化为节点荷载作用在上部结构质心处,对首层楼板进行了应力分析,得到了楼板在多遇地震下和设防地震下的应力水平。分析结果表明,地下室顶板具有较好的嵌固能力,可不考虑该楼板对上部结构产生的多塔效应,设计时为了更好地保证安全性,将地下一层楼板作为结构嵌固端。而地下室楼板在温度应力作用下楼板应力分析及大开洞及多塔结构上部楼板地震作用下楼板应力分析结果表明可以通过设计中局部附加楼板受力钢筋满足结构受力要求。This paper presents anchoring capacity of a basement top slab with a large proportion of openings, thermal stress control of ultra-long basement, analyses of slabs with large opening and buildings with multipleannexes. Numerical models are respectively established using the ETABS and YJK software, and stress analysis is conducted for the top floor slab, where the seismic action is simplified as node load at the centroid of the upper structure. The stress distribution of the floor slab under frequent earthquakes and moderate earthquakes is obtained. The analysis results indicate that the basement top slab has favourable anchoring capacity ,and the effect of the basement slab on the upper structures due to the multiple annexes can be neglected. To ensure structural safty during design, the bottom slab of the first basement floor should be considered as fixed. The analysis results of the thermal stress in the ultra-long basement, of slabs with large opening and buildings with multiple annexes imply that the structural performance can be fulfilled through using localized reinforcing rebars.
