摘 要:现行抗震鉴定标准引入了后续使用年限的概念,但并未对不同后续使用年限的可变荷载取值进行调整。按照等超越概率原则确定既有建筑的后续使用基准期,导出抗震鉴定时后续使用基准期内工程常用可变荷载的统计参数表达式,并计算出既有建筑不同后续使用年限的可变荷载取值相对于现行荷载标准的修正系数;通过工程实例,对荷载按照现行荷载标准取值及根据后续使用基准期取值的鉴定结果进行对比,验证抗震鉴定时可变荷载调整的必要性。The concept of subsequent service life was introduced in the current standard for seismic appraisal of buildings, but the value of variable load of different subsequent service life were not adjusted. In this paper, based on equal exceeding principle, the subsequent service reference period were determined, the corresponding statistical parameters expression of variable load for structures with indifferent subsequent service reference period were derived, and the variable load correction coefficient corresponding to different subsequent service reference periods in the current load code were calculated. Necessity of the adjustment of variable load for seismic appraisal was verified through comparison of appraisal result of an engineering project according to the current load code and that according to the subsequent service reference period.
