套筒约束浆锚搭接新型接头及其在预制剪力墙试验中应用  被引量:6

摘  要:提出了一种拥有自主知识产权的Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型套筒约束浆锚搭接新型接头。进行了以钢筋直径和搭接长度为变化参数的63个Ⅰ型接头和63个Ⅲ型接头的单向拉伸试验,研究了接头的破坏形态、承载力及荷载-位移曲线。进行了一片现浇剪力墙及纵筋采用Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型套筒约束浆锚搭接的两片预制剪力墙的拟静力试验,对比分析了现浇与预制剪力墙的滞回曲线、骨架曲线、耗能能力及承载力。试验结果表明:Ⅰ型套筒接头的搭接长度为钢筋直径的12.5倍,钢筋直径小于20 mm的Ⅲ型接头的搭接长度为20倍的钢筋直径;预制墙的开裂水平力大于现浇墙,耗能能力比现浇墙好。套筒约束浆锚搭接接头可用于预制混凝土结构的钢筋连接。Grouted sleeve lapping connector type Ⅰ and type m with independent intellectual property tights were put forward. A total of 63 specimens type Ⅰ and a total of 63 specimens type m varied in bar diameter and lap length were tested under tensile load. The connector failure modes, bearing capacity and load-displacement curves were studied. The pseudo-static test of two pieces of prefabricated shear walls with type Ⅰ and Ⅲ connector, and a piece of cast-in-place shear wall were carried out. The shear resistance, hysteretic curve, skeleton curve, energy dissipation capacity and beating capacity were analyzed. The results show that the overlap length of type Ⅰ joint can be reduced to 12.5 times of steel bar diameter and the length of type m joint with reinforcement diameter less than 20 mm is 20 times of that of steel bar diameter. The cracking load and energy dissipation of the prefabricated shear wall are greater than those of cast-in-place shear wall, and the beating capacity of pre-cast wall is basically the same to the cast-in-situ wall. Grouted sleeve lapping connector can be used for prefabricated concrete structure of steel connection.
