摘  要:本文采用微波消解法处理花朵后,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法分别测定了扶绥中东金花茶、毛瓣金花茶、普通金花茶花朵中20种微量元素的含量.结果表明,金花茶的花朵中富含Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn等微量元素,并就其结果进行分析比较,微量元素的含量:中东金花茶>金花茶>毛瓣金花茶,为进一步开发金花茶的花朵提供依据.Trace elements in C. achrysantha, C. Pubipetata and C. nitidssima are measured by ICP-MS after digested by microwave heating. Results show that Cu, Fe, zinc, Mn and other trace elements are rich in Camellia. Sect.Chrysantha flowers. By the analysis and comparison of the result, it is found that the trace elements in flowers of C. achrysantha is greater than C. nitidssima, which is also more than that of C. pubipetata. The results provide a basis for further development of Camellia.Sect.Chrysantha flowers.
