摘　　要：本文分析了事业单位文化与思想政治工作融合的意义,并就新形势下存在的具体困难提出了事业单位文化与思想政治工作融合的策略,以期为事业单位有效开展文化与思想政治工作提供参考。This paper analyzes the significance of integration of public institution culture and ideological and political work, and put forwards some strategies for integration according to the specific difficulties under the new situation, with a view to the institutions to carry out effective cultural and ideological and political work to provide a reference.
