摘 要:采用等体积浸渍法,以ZSM-5分子筛为载体负载具有加氢活性的金属钨和镍制备了系列脱硫剂,以二甲基二硫的正己烷溶液为模型液化气,采用固定床吸附评价方法,考察了金属负载量、吸附温度、吸附压力及液态空速(LHSV)对吸附剂穿透硫容(CS)的影响及加氢工艺条件对脱硫剂再生性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着金属负载量的增加,脱硫剂的CS呈现先增大后减小的趋势,当负载15%(w)WO_3和3%(w)NiO(FL-3)时,脱硫效果最佳;结合BET分析及脱硫剂CS数据可知物理吸附与化学吸附同时存在。最优吸附条件为:25℃,1 MPa,LHSV=1 h^(-1);最优再生条件为:200℃,2 MPa,H2气态空速为1 000 h^(-1),脱硫剂可充分再生。A series of desulfurizers containing active tungsten and nickel with ZSM-5 as the support were prepared through incipient wetness impregnation. The influences of metal loading, adsorption temperature, adsorption pressure and liquid hourly space velocity(LHSV) on the breakthrough sulfur capacity(Cs) of the desulfurizers were researched with n-hexane solution containing dimethyl disulfide(DMDS) as simulated liquefied petroleum gas in a fixed bed. The effects of hydrogenation conditions on the desulfurizer regeneration were investigated. The results showed that Cs of the desulfurizers firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of the metal loading, and the desulfurizer with WO3 loading of 15%(w) and NiO loading of 3%(w)(FL-3) was the best for the desulfurization. It was indicated that there were simultaneously physical and chemical adsorptions in the adsorption process by analyzing the BET and Cs data of the desulfurizer. The optimal adsorption conditions are 25 ℃, 1 MPa and LHSV 1 h-1. The optimal regeneration conditions are 200 ℃, 2 MPa and hydrogen gas hourly space velocity(GHSV) 1 000 h-1, and the desulfurizer can be regenerated sufficiently.
