害虫检疫处理研究规范的发展与应用

摘　　要：检疫处理作为外来生物入侵国境防控至关重要的技术手段,已在全球广泛应用并日益受到国际社会的普遍关注,检疫处理研究和技术指标逐步趋于规范化、国际化和标准化。为促进我国检疫处理研究工作的规范化进程,增强研究结果的国际认同和效益发挥,本文就害虫(昆虫、螨类)检疫处理研究规范的要素、发展历程、关键控制点及其应用进行介绍和分析。Phytosanitary treatment,which is considered as an essential disinfestation measure for controlling alien pests contaminated with shipping commodities and packaging materials,have been successfully used in the international trade and become the hot point internationally in recent years. The researches and technical schedules in phytosanitary treatment are becoming more normatively,internationally,and standardize. In order to promote the standardizing of sound research,universal acceptation of research results, and getting the best effectiveness of research outcomes,the key element,history,critical control points,application and development on researches protocol are introduced and analyzed in this manuscript.
