溴氰菊酯和氯氰菊酯作为产卵驱避剂在瓜实蝇防治中的应用技术研究

摘　　要：通过产卵驱避试验,筛选出对瓜实蝇具有良好产卵驱避作用的拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂,结合植物表面膜剂和套袋技术,开展产卵驱避剂的田间应用技术研究,为瓜实蝇的产卵驱避技术应用提供科学依据。试验结果表明,在瓜果花期,喷施溴氰菊酯或氯氰菊酯25 mg/L和植物表面膜剂400倍液,并于谢花后3 d对果实进行套袋保护,可有效防治瓜实蝇为害,防治效果可达91.07%以上。The aim of this experiment was to screen out the better pyrethroid pesticides against Bactrocera cucurbitae though oviposition deterrent test,combined with plant surface agent and bagging technology,and then to carry out the field efficacy trials to provide evidence for control B. cucurbitae using oviposition deterrent. The results showed that the method of sparying 25 mg/L deltamethrin or cypermethrin combined with plant surface agent 400 times in the flowering period and then bagging 3 days latter could effectively control B. cucurbitae.which effect was more than 91.07%.
