摘　　要：比较磁珠法、离心柱法、CTAB法及快速DNA裂解检测试剂对油菜籽中油菜茎基溃疡病菌的检测结果,综合考虑各提取方法的效率及成本。结果显示离心柱法性价比最高,快速DNA裂解检测试剂对油菜籽中油菜茎基溃疡病菌快速筛查具有更佳的应用价值。Comparison of four extraction methods （magnetic beads,spin column,CTAB and Direct-plant lysis buffer） to detect Leptosphaeria maculans in rapeseeds,and the efficiency and cost of each extraction method are considered. The results showed that the spin column has the highest performance price ratio. And the Direct-plant lysis buffer,has the better application worth for rapid detecting Leptosphaeria maculans in rapeseeds.
