摘　　要：进口粮食国内调运散装运输环节是疫情防控工作的关键控制点,本文通过对我国主要海港口岸进口粮食散装调运运输工具的调研,分析存在的问题,并提出粮食调运监管规范化管理对策,以期有效降低外来有害生物传入风险,筑牢一道国家生态安全屏障。Inland transportation of imported bulk grain is the key in prevention and control of plant epidemic diseases. By studying inland transportation system of imported bulk grain at main seaports ,related existing issues were analysed and standardized supervision and management of inland transport of imported grain were suggested to effectively mitigate the risk of introducing alien pests,and to safeguard biosafety of our country.
