摘  要:针对典型径向引气轴向出气旋转盘腔结构及加入导流板后的引气结构,通过实验的方法研究了盘腔旋转速度、进出口压比和导流板数目对流动特性的影响。研究结果表明:在一定转速的工况下,随着进出口压比的增加,通过该盘腔结构的空气流量呈现出递增的规律;随着旋转速度的增加,引气量显著下降,基本呈现线性递减的趋势;相比较于简单盘腔,由于导流板式减涡器的安装,盘腔径向入流能力增强,随着导流板个数的变化,引气量随导流板的增加而增加。To analyze the effect of vortex-reducers with bafflers,the influences of the rotational speed of cavity,the ratio of inlet pressure to outlet pressure and the number of bafflers is analyzed in the experiment. The study showed that firstly,under the working condition of a certain speed,with the increasing of the ratio of inlet pressure to outlet pressure,the mass flow rate going through cavity increased; secondly,with the rotational speed increasing,the mass flow rate decreased significantly ina linear trend basically; thirdly,compared with the simple cavity,because of the installation of the vortex-reducer with bafflers,the mass flow rate going through radially increased,with the change of the number of bafflers,the mass flow rate increased with the increase of the number of bafflers.
