摘　　要：本文利用SPSS19.0软件,采用因子分析方法,通过建立计量模型对国内20家上市公司在2010、2011、2012年3年的指标数据进行综合分析。一方面得到了各公司在不同年份的竞争力综合得分和排名;另一方面通过对不同年份公司竞争力综合得分的差值分析,对各公司竞争力的增长能力进行了综合评价,实现了对上市公司竞争力的动态分析和评价。This paper analyses the data from 20 listed companies in 2010,2011 and 2012 through factor analysis method,using SPSS19. 0. And a econometric model is established to do the analysis.The econometric model on one hand comes up with competitiveness score and the rank of each company in each year,and on the other hand implements the analysis of the difference of the score in every two years. In this way dynamic evaluation of the competitiveness of listed companies is realized.
