摘　　要：汽车数据反光校核是汽车人机工程校核中非常重要的方面,驾驶舱内的反光件所引起的光线折射,必须在人可接受的范围内,才能最大程度保证行车安全。反光校核在车辆造型前期利用射线模拟太阳光线进行数据校核。运用CATIA中的知识工程模块将繁琐的射线构建过程固化到模块工具中,并建立校核自动划线工具,可以节省大量的重复劳动时间,提高构建精度和效率。The check of automobile data reflection is very important for automobile ergonomics verification. To ensure the safe driving, the reflection of light by parts in the cockpit must be in the driver＇s accessible range. In early of vehicle modeling, the rays can be used to imitate sunlight in data check. It can save plenty of repeated labor time and improve modeling accuracy and efficiency to solidify complicated rays modeling process into a small module tool and establish automatic marking tool by use of the knowledge engineering module in CATIA software.
