摘  要:目的探讨肠道准备对改善兔双肾积水体素内不相干运动的扩散加权成像(IVIM)的磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)图像磁敏感伪影的价值。方法将30只已行左侧输尿管不全梗阻积水肾模型制作的新西兰大白兔随机分成5组、分别于MR扫描前1 d给与A组(正常饲料喂养+普通饮用水)、B组(禁食+普通饮用水)、C组(禁食+2.5%甘露醇盐水)、D组(禁食+1:4硫酸钡水)、E组(禁食+1:2硫酸钡水)等5种不同肠道准备,评价双肾IVIM的DWI图像质量及磁敏感伪影状况。结果 A组和B组双肾IVIM的DWI图像磁伪影发生率高,严重影响图像质量,图像质量平均评分为(2.2±0.4);C组、D组和E组双肾MR DWI图像磁伪影得到明显改善,C组、D组、E组与A组相比,双肾MR DWI图像质量平均评分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论利用等渗甘露醇盐水或硫酸钡混悬剂进行肠道准备可有效改善大白兔双肾IVIM的DWI图像磁敏感伪影。Objective To investigate the evaluation of bowel preparation methods in reducing susceptibility artifact of IVIM DWI images in rabbit kidneys. Methods Thity healthy New-Zealand rabbits as left hydronephrosis model with ureteral incomplete obstruction were divided into 5 groups. They were given five different bowel prepara-tion respectively 1 day prior to the MR scanning. The IVIM DWI image quality and the situation of susceptibility arti-fact of kidneys were observed and evaluated. Results The susceptibility artifact of kidneys on IVIM DWI image in group A and group B was serious and the image quality average score was(2.2±0.4). The susceptibility artifact of kidneys on IVIM DWI image in group C, group D and group E was improved apparently and there was statistical significance in the image quality average score between group C, D, E and group A(P0.05). Conclusion The susceptibility artifact of kidneys on IVIM DWI image could be effectively reduced by using isotonic mannitol salt water or bari-um sulfate suspension agent for bowel preparation before scanning.
