摘 要:目的调查深圳市孕妇的弓形虫感染流行状况及其可能的影响因素,为弓形虫病的预防控制提供依据。方法采用ELISA法检测669例体检孕妇的血清弓形虫IgG、IgM抗体,比较不同接触史或饮食习惯的孕妇弓形虫感染率。提取弓形虫抗体阳性结果的样本核酸,采用LAMP法检测弓形虫特异的SAG1基因。结果 669例体检孕妇中检出弓形虫血清IgG/IgM抗体阳性35例,阳性率为5.2%;有动物密切接触史组感染率15.8%,高于无接触史组的2.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);有不良饮食习惯组与无不良饮食习惯组间感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。抗体阳性样本经LAMP法检测弓形虫SAG1基因结果均为阴性。结论本次调查中孕妇仍具较高弓形虫抗体阳性率,密切接触动物为可疑危险因素。Objective To learn about the status of Toxoplasma gondii infection in pregnant women in Shenzhen city and analyze interrelated factors with infection for the prevention and control of the toxoplasmosis. Methods ELISA was used to detect TOX-IgG and TOX-IgM in sera from 669 pregnant women in Shenzhen city. The contact history with pets and eating habits were investigated. The positive rates of anti-Toxoplasma antibody in different groups were compared. Results The Toxoplasma gondii infection rate of pregnant women in this city was 5.2%. The positively rate of the group which had contact history with pets was higher than that without such behavior (P〈0.05), no significant difference between different groups with different eating habits (P〉0.05). Conclusions There was certain proportion of Toxoplasma gondii infection among pregnant women in Shenzhen city. Closely contact with pets is a risk factor of Toxoplasma gondii infection.
