摘  要:随着企业改革发展的深入推进,办公室作为企业综合管理部门,工作面临着更高层次、更高水平、更高难度的挑战。如何适应新形势新要求,为公司建设提供强有力的服务保障,充分发挥参与政务、管理事务、搞好服务的职能作用,是我们当前面临的新课题。办公室必须加快由传统型办公室向学习创新型办公室的转变。此文论述了如何建设学习创新型办公室,要实现的"六个创新"和"四个转换",进一步提升工作水平和服务质量,为企业改革发展提供更强有力的服务保障。With in-depth advancing of the enterprise reform and development, the general office,as a comprehensive management department of the enterprise,is faced with a higher level and more difficult challenges. How to adapt to new situation and new requirements so as to provide strong service guarantee to the company construction and give full play to functions in participating in government affairs, managing affairs and doing good service is the new subject which we are faced with. The general office has to accelerate transformation from traditional office to learning innovative office. In this paper, the way to construct learning innovative office is discussed. In addition, "six innovation" and "four changes" are also discussed. In this way,work level and service quality is further promoted. Furthermore ,it provides more powerful service guarantee to the enterprise reform and development.
