摘　　要：结合调控运行主要日常工作,对运行监控、电网操作、电网异常事故处理等实训内容进行了梳理,提出了模块化、流程化实训和定性量化评估的实训思路,对保障实训内容的系统性和实训效果评估的可操作性可起到借鉴作用。The training content including operation monitoring,power grid operation and abnormal accident treatment of power grid is combed through combining main daily work of regulation and operation.In addition, training thought of modular and process training and qualitative and quantitative evaluation is proposed.h may play reference function for ensuring system of training content and operability of training effect evaluation.
