基于采编系统主编工作区的科技期刊质量控制

摘　　要：通过对主编工作区的组成及科技期刊质量控制的分析,提出主编可通过主编工作区有效干预及管理初审、外审、返修、责编处理、安排刊期等编辑审稿环节,避免某一环节的主观与客观延误,并保障编辑审稿流程的优化及高效。在主编工作区的日常管理中,主编能及时发现优质稿件,并督促责编优先安排其进入编辑审稿流程,优先定稿,这可吸引一些优质稿源。另外,通过主编工作区对稿源的总体把握,还有助于组建优质作者群及构建特色栏目。The parts of the chief-editor working area and sci-tech periodical quality control were analyzed. It was proposed that the chief editor avoid subjective or objective delays, and guarantee the optimization and high-efficiency of editing and reviewing in the working area with the effective intervention and management of first read, second read, revision, executive editors＇ processing and publication scheduling. In the course of the daily management of the chief-editor working area, the chief editor singles out excellent manuscripts and urges the executive editors to prioritize their editing and finalization, which would appeal to more quality manuscripts. Besides, the all-round management of manuscripts in the chief-editor working area can help recruit excellent authors and set up feature columns.
