摘  要:建立一种测定药物制剂中褪黑素和维生素B6的毛细管区带电泳-紫外检测方法.分离条件优化后,对该方法进行了评价.结果表明,褪黑素与维生素B6分别在3.6~50 mg/L和2.7~50 mg/L内线性良好(R2=0.9972,0.9893),加标回收率分别为87.6%~104.9%和92.1%~102.7%,精密度分别为1.65%和1.01%(RSD%,n=6),检出限分别为1.5mg/L和1.0mg/L,可满足药物制剂中褪黑素与维生素B6含量测定要求.此外,该方法还具有简单易行,检测周期短,分析成本低等优点.A method for determination of melatonin and pyridoxine was proposed by capillary zone electro- phoresis. After optimization, the method was evaluated. The linear ranges were from 3.6 to 50 mg/L (R2 =0. 9972) for melatonin and from 2.7 to 50 mg/L (R2=0. 9893) for pyridoxine. The recoveries (n=3), precisions (RSD%,n=3) ,detection limits were 87. 6%--104. 9M and 92. 1%--102. 7%,1.65% and 1.01 % , 1.5 mg/L and 1.0 mg/L for melatonin and pyridoxine,respectively. This method was finally ap- plied to the,determination of melatonin and pyridoxine in eommercial tablets, and satisfactory results were obtained. In addition, the proposed method has the merits of easy operation, high throughout and low cost, suggesting a good potential to be used for the quality control and inspection in the drug production and circulation.
