摘　　要：健康促进作为提高居民自我保健意识和技能的有效途径,不仅对提升居民的健康水平,而且对解决公立医院公益性日益淡化的问题具有重要意义。罗湖区以居民健康管理为核心,开展居民健康促进工程,调动全社会力量共同参与,罗湖医院集团积极探索居民健康促进工程实施路径,努力做到以最少投入获得最大收益,提升了居民对公立医院的获得感和满意度。Health promotion, as the effective way of improving resident＇s self healthcare consciousness and technical ability, bears great significance in improving resident＇s health and the increasingly weakened welfare in public hospitals. Luohu District focu- ses on resident＇s health management, and mobilizes the whole society to participate in resident＇s health improvement. Luohu Hospital Group actively explores the practical route for the improvement, and tries the best to gain the greatest return with the least input, which highlights resident＇s sense of gain and satisfactory degree with public hospitais.
