摘 要:目的了解进修人员进修结束回单位后技术水平和业务开展的基本情况,探讨完善进修管理的方法。方法通过随机抽样,对2009—2013年已经完成进修的人员寄发自行设计的调查问卷,问卷内容为一般情况和回单位后的技术和业务水平,对调查结果进行统计分析。结果进修人员回单位后69.4%能学以致用,63.1%开展新技术新项目,90.2%的人员仍与带教老师或进修科室保持联系,93.7%的人员愿意推荐同事来院进修。结论通过完善岗前培训、加强师资队伍建设、营造和谐氛围等措施,提高进修培训效果。Objective:To learn about the basic situation of the persons' technical and professional performance after they have finished the advanced studies and explore the methods for the improvement in the management for the advanced studies. Meth- od:The author posted randomly the self-designed questionnaire covering the general situations about technical and professional per- formance of the persons engaging in the advanced studies from 2009 -2013 and made the statistical analysis on the investigation re- suit. Result:69.4% of them practice what they have learned,63. 1% carry out new technology and new projects,90. 2% keep con- nection with the instructors or the departments providing the advanced studies and 93.7% would like to recommend their colleagues for it. Conclusion:The training effect of advanced studies should be improved by perfecting pre-post training, strengthening teaching staff construction, and building harmonious atmosphere.
