压疮现患率调查在压疮管理中的作用

摘　　要：目的：监测分析安徽省立医院压疮现患率的基线情况，探讨现患率在压疮管理中的应用。方法：由经过培训的压疮管理小组成员及伤1：2造口专科护士，应用该院护理部制定的压疮现患率调查表，于2015年第三、四季度，2016年第一、二季度进行4次现惠率调查，通过对该院在院患者进行横断面调研，统计获得该院Ⅱ期及以上期别的压疮现患率。结果：调查获得有效病例8360例，Ⅱ期及以上期别的压疮患者93例，压疮现患率波动在1．05％1．25％，其四个季度发生率波动在0．10％-0．16％。结论：压疮现患率可以真实反映压疮患病率和压疮护理工作质量；压疮现患率可以为该院压疮患病率提供一个基线值，是压疮管理中不可缺少的一部分。Objectives：Monitoring and analyzing the situation of prevalence survey of pressure ulcer in Anhui Provincial hospital and discussing the use of prevalence survey of pressure ulcer in pressure ulcer management. Methods： The faculty who received special training used the questionnaire of prevalence survey of pressure ulcer provided by nursing department to proceed cross-sectional study in our hospital then obtain the rate of pressure ulcer prevalence.Results：obtain efficacy data totally 8360 cases, among them 93 cases were stage II pressure ulcer. The rate of pressure ulcer prevalence ranges between 1.05%-1.25%, and prevalence of pressure ulcer for the whole 4 quarters was between 0.10%-0.16%.Conclusions：We can evaluate the effect of pressure ulcer management conveniently by using the rate of pressure ulcer prevalence and the work of the nurse that supervise the occurrence of pressure ulcer; Our data provide a baseline for the prevalence of pressure ulcers in our hospital, and is vital for our daily work for those with patients.
