摘　　要：目的:探讨急性阑尾炎手术患者全方位护理的效果。方法:选取收治的34例急性阑尾炎手术患者随机分为实验组、对照组各17例。所有患者均采用手术治疗,术后对照组选择常规护理,实验组给予全面护理,包括心理护理、术中护理、术后护理和预防并发症的护理等。结果:通过治疗和护理后,实验组13例护理显效,4例护理有效,护理有效率为100%;对照组7例护理显效,4例护理有效,6例护理无效,护理有效率为64.7%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急性阑尾炎手术患者采用全面护理具有良好的效果,是一种值得推荐的护理方法。Objective：Comprehensive nursing care in patients with acute appendicitis operation, discusses its effect. Methods：34 patients with acute appendicitis who were treated from February, 2015 to August, 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.All the patients were treated with surgery. All the patients in the control group were given routine nursing. The patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing, including psychological nursing, nursing, postoperative care and prevention of complication.Results：In the control group, 7 cases were markedly effective in nursing, 4 cases were effective in nursing, 6 cases were ineffective in nursing, the effective rate of nursing was 64.7%,the effective rate of nursing care was 64.7%, and the effective rate of nursing care was 100%. In the control group,The difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：adopfing comprehensive nursing in patients with acute appendicitis surgery has a good effect, is a recommended nursing method.
