综合护理干预对慢性盆腔炎反复发作患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预对慢性盆腔炎(CPID)反复发作患者疼痛程度及生活质量的影响。方法:将122例CPID反复发作患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=61)和观察组(n=61),在抗炎治疗的基础上对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预。结果:护理干预1w和2w时观察组的VAS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预后观察组SF-36量表各维度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预能有效减轻CPID反复发作患者的疼痛程度,提高生活质量。Objective：To evaluate effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on pain and quahty ot hie oi patients with recurrent CPID.Methods：122 cases of patients with recurrent CPID were randomly divided into control group （n=61） and observation group （n=61）. The control group was given routine care on basis of anti- inflammatory treatment, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.Results：The VAS scores of observation group were significantly lower than the control group after nursing intervention for lw and 2w （P〈 0.05）. The SF-36 scores of observation group were significantly higher after nursing intervention （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the pain of patients and improve their quality of life.
