老年慢性病出院患者护理需求现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解出院老年慢性病患者的护理需求,分析影响护理需求的因素。方法收集我院老年科2015年5月1日至2016年6月31日出院的老年慢性病患者200例,采用问卷调查收集患者的一般人口学特征、疾病特征和护理需求状况。结果老年慢性病患者的护理需求得分属于中偏高的水平,对健康促进的需要高于对疾病护理和预防的需求,不同的年龄、性别、文化程度、患病种类数是影响老年慢性病患者需求的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论老年慢性病出院患者对护理需求较高,尤其需要重点关注年龄>80岁、女性、文化程度较低、患病种类2种及以上的患者。Objectives To investigate the status and influencing factors of nuring needs in discharged elderly patients with chronic disease. Methods 206 elderly patients with chronic diseases in our hospital form 2016- 3- 1 to 2016- 6- 31 were investigated by a questionnaire on the nursing needs including disease nursing,prevention and health promotion. Results The nursing needs of discharged elderly patients with chronic diseases were on a moderate to high level. The needs of health promotion were higher than disease nursing and prevention. The factors influencing the nursing needs were age,gender,education level and chronic diseases quantity（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The elderly patients with chronic diseases have diverse nursing needs after discharge. Nurses should attach importance to those patients in elder age（ 80）,female,low education level and high chronic diseases quantity.
