摘　　要：我国已于1999年进入老年化社会,山东省老龄化程度明显高于全国。鉴于老年疾病的特点,加强全省老年医学的建设,培养一批专业的老年医学人才,就成为目前我省应对人口老龄化的关键。China has entered the aging society since 1999. The degree of aging population in Shandong province is significantly higher than that of the whole country. In view of the characters,reinforce the construction of geriatrics,train the professionals of geriatrics,are the key strategies to tackle the aging problems in Shandong province.
