血清蛋白磷酸酯酶2A水平测定在宫颈癌诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析宫颈癌患者血清蛋白磷酸酯酶2A(PP2A)的水平及活性变化,为临床早期诊断提供参考依据。方法选取该院就诊的32例宫颈癌患者和高危人乳头瘤病毒(hs HPV)感染者30例,同期选取体检健康女性30名作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定入组对象PP2A水平,并通过酶活性测定试剂盒对PP2A活性进行测定。结果 hs HPV组和宫颈癌组血清PP2A水平及活性显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且宫颈癌组PP2A水平及活性显著低于hs HPV组(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者血清PP2A表达水平和酶活性均下降,PP2A可作为临床早期诊断宫颈癌的实验室检查潜在标志物。Objective To analyze the activity of protein phosphatase 2A（ PP2A） for early diagnosis of cervical cancer. Methods Thirty-two patients with cervical cancer and 30 patients with high-risk human papilloma virus infections were collected as the research subjects,and 30 healthy females were taken as the control group. The levels of PP2 A were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA） and the enzyme live kit,respectively. Results The levels of PP2 A and the activity of hs HPV in the patients with cervical cancer were significantly lower than those in the patients of the control group（ P〈0. 05）,and the levels of PP2 A in patients with cervical cancer were significantly lower than those in the patients with hs HPV（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The activity of PP2 A in the patients with cervical cancer is significantly decreased,and PP2 A can be used as a potential marker for early diagnosis of cervical cancer.
