PhotoDerm治疗鲜红斑痣的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨 Photo Derm治疗鲜红斑痣的疗效。方法 :成人鲜红斑痣 10 8例 ,选用 Photo Derm能量密度 38J/ cm2～ 4 2 J/ cm2 ,滤光片 5 70 mm～ 5 90 mm,儿童鲜红斑痣 16 0例 ,photo Derm能量密度 2 8J/ cm2～ 38J/ cm2 ,滤光片 5 70 m m,回顾分析影响疗效因素 ,并探讨预防副作用的措施。结果 :年龄小、粉红型、面积小 ,发生于颈部疗效显著。结论 :Photo Derm治疗鲜红斑痣 ,疗效可靠 ,并发症少 ,是一种鲜红斑痣最佳治疗办法。Objective:To explore the curative effects of PhotoDerm on port wine stain(PWS),Methods:Adult type with energy density was 38 J/cm 2～ 40 J/cm 2,and light filter was 570 mm～590 mm,on child type with was 28 J/cm 2～38 J/cm 2 and 570 mm respectively.To analyse the therapeutic factors and to explore the preventive measures on side effects.Results:It was found that the therapeutic effect was significant that the child type,especially,that the pink cases and smaller size cases in the neck.Conclusions:The PhotoDerm is the best way on PWS at present,it has less complications than others.
