摘　　要：随着电子商务的不断发展,传统商务中的会计理论也随之改变,会计理论进入新的研究阶段,表现出新的特色,整个商务经营模式的变革带动了新的会计实务。在这新的理论变革中,其重点是了解电子商务背景下会计的发展所应该面临的挑战,分析存在的问题并找到有效的解决方案,以确保会计电算化在电子商务中的应用。With the continuous development of e-commerce,accounting theory in traditional business has changed and entered into a new research stage,showing some new features.The transformation of the whole business model has led to new accounting practice.In this change,the key is to understand the challenges of accounting development under the background of e-commerce,analyze them and find effective solutions to ensure the application of accounting computerization in electronic commerce.
