摘　　要：目前心力衰竭的高发病率、高致死率、高致残率仍是临床心脏专家面临的重大挑战。运动康复作为心脏康复的重要组成部分,因其安全性、有效性、经济性,在心力衰竭的治疗上受到各临床指南、共识的推荐。该文介绍了运动康复治疗心力衰竭的作用机制,为运动康复在治疗心力衰竭的临床应用提供参考依据,并提出问题。At present, the high morbidity,high mortality, high disability rateof heart failure is still a major challenge for clinical cardiologists.Exercise rehabilitation, as an important part of cardiac rehabilitation, has been recommended by the clinical guidelines and consensus in the treatment of heart failure due to its security, effectiveness and economy.This paper introduces the mechanisms of exercise rehabilitation in the treatment of heart failure,providing a reference for the clinical application of rehabilitation in the treatment of heart failure, and puts forward the problem.
