摘　　要：在经历了改革开放几十年的快速增长之后,传统的建立在以低成本、精细分工为支撑的规模化生产基础上的产业逐渐弱化.在这样一种大背景下,进一步提高绍兴区域经济的国际竞争力和促进绍兴产业转型升级,成为绍兴经济发展的当务之急.从绍兴产业经济的现状出发,结合实际,运用现代产业集群理念,研究和探索了绍兴传统产业向现代产业集群转型升级的主要路径及对策措施.After several decades of rapid growth in the reform and opening up, the traditional industries based on low cost, fine division of labor as the support of large- scale production has gradually weakened. Against this background, top priority should be given to further improve the international competitiveness of Shaoxing＇ s re- gional economy and promote the transformation and upgrading of industries in the economic development in Sha- oxing. Grounded on the actuality of Shaoxing＇ s industrial economy and using the concept of modem industrial clusters, this paper studies and explores the main path of and countermeasures against the transformation from tra- ditional industries to modem industrial clusters in Shaoxing.
