中国与澳大利亚社区卫生服务模式比较

摘　　要：从社区卫生服务内容、社区卫生服务人员、社区卫生服务过程及社区卫生服务沟通合作等四个角度,比较分析了中国与澳大利亚在社区卫生服务模式方面的差异,要完善我国社区卫生服务,必须建立适用于我国国情的社区卫生服务管理体系,完善服务流程,建立第三方监督机制,加强社区卫生服务各方面的沟通合作,共同致力于全民健康的维护,促进社区卫生服务事业的健康可持续发展.From the content, personnel, process, and communication and cooperation of community health services,the paper conducts a comparative analysis of the differences in the modes of community health services in China and Australia. It maintains that China＇ s community health services can be perfected in the following ways：a correlative management system which fits China＇ s national conditions should be constructed, the service procedures improved, a third-party monitoring mechanism established, and the communication and cooperation in all aspects of community health services strengthened. By so doing, the healthy and sustainable development of the community health services can be guaranteed.
