知信行模式在乳腺癌患者术后心理状态及生活质量中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨知信行模式对乳腺癌患者术后心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法:将全麻下行乳腺癌改良根治术的58例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各29例,对照组患者实施乳腺癌术后常规护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上采用知信行模式进行护理干预。采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SAS)、生存质量量表(SF-36)评估比较两组患者的心理状态和生活质量。结果:观察组患者SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者生理功能、社会功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、情感职能、活力、总体健康评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:知信行护理模式可以改善乳腺癌患者的心理状态,促进患者形成良好的健康行为,提高患者的生活质量。Objective：To explore the influence of the nursing mode of knowledge and belief on the psychological status and quality of life of patients with breast cancer after operation .Methods：A total of 58 patients with modified radical mastectomy under general anesthesia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 29 cases in each group .The control group was treated with the routine nursing measure after breast canser surgery ,while the observation group was given the KAP mode for nursing intervention was trea-ted with the nursing intervention based on the model of knowledge and belief .Using Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） scores,Self-rating Depression Scale （SAS） scores,quality of life scale （SF-36） assess the psychological status and quality of life in two groups .Re-sults：In the observation group,the SDS and SAS scores were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The physiolog-ical function,social function,physical function,physical pain,mental health,emotional function,vitality,and overall health scores of the ob-servation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The nursing mode of knowledge and belief can improve the psychological state of patients with breast cancer ,promote the formation of good health behaviors ,improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer .
