超临界锅炉过热器壁温特性研究

摘  要:采用计算流体动力学方法,对600 MW超临界四角切圆锅炉的炉内燃烧、传热以及烟气流动进行数值模拟,得到炉膛的烟温烟速分布。结合上述模拟结果以及热偏差数值计算理论,对该锅炉的过热器管壁温度进行三维计算研究。通过计算得到了过热器管壁温的分布,找出了管壁温度最高点的位置。研究表明:该方法便于在计算机上实现快速准确的管壁温度预测。Numerical simulation for combustion in furnace, heat transfer and the flue gas flow on a 600MW supereritical tangential boiler was carried out by using the CFD method. Gas temperature and gas velocity distribution were obtained. Combined with the simulation results and the numerical calculation theory, we did the thermal deviation of the boiler superheater tube wall temperature for 3 dimensional computing research. Finally we've got the superheater tube wall temperature distribution, and found out the position where the tube wall temperature is highest. Based on the method, temperature can be easily and accurately acquired by computational program.
