消化性溃疡穿孔非手术治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:通过对比消化性溃疡穿孔非手术治疗与手术治疗的效果对比来探究非手术治疗的重要性。方法:选取2012年12月-2015年12月笔者所在医院30例行非手术治疗的消化性溃疡穿孔患者,作为研究组;另外选取同时期笔者所在医院30例行手术治疗的消化性溃疡穿孔患者,作为对照组。根据治疗后的效果与恢复情况,进行疗效的对比观察。结果:研究组非手术治愈成功28例,失败2例转手术治疗后治愈成功,非手术治愈率92.8%,住院时间平均(8.5±1.2)d;对照组手术治愈成功27例,失败3例,治愈率90.0%,平均住院时间(10.3±1.3)d。两组治愈率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);住院时间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非手术治疗消化性溃疡穿孔是一种效果显著的治疗方法,通过准确掌握患者的适应证,进行合理的非手术治疗,不仅可以成功治愈患者,并能避免患者进行麻烦且有风险的手术治疗。Objective： By comparing the efficacy of non-surgical treatment of peptic ulcer perforation and surgery, to explore the importance of non surgical treatment.Method： From December 2012 to December 2015, 30 cases with non-surgical treatment of peptic ulcer perforation in our hospital were selected as the study group, and the same period in our hospital 30 cases of surgical treatment of patients with peptic ulcer perforation were selected as the control group. According to the effect of the treatment and recovery of the situation, to carry out a comparative observation.Result： The study group successfully cured 28 cases, 2 cases of failure after surgery to cure a successful transfer, the cure rate was 92.8%, the average hospital stay was （8.5± 1.2）d.Success in the control group were cured 27 eases and three cases of failure, the cure rate was 90.0%, the average length of stay was （10.3± 1.3）d.The cure rate of the two groups was not statistically signlfieant（P〉0.05）, and the hospital stay was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Non-surgical treatment of peptic ulcer perforation is a significant therapeutic effect method.Through accurate knowledge of the patient＇s indications, reasonable non-surgical treatment, not only can cure the patient, and the patient can avoid troublesome and risky surgery.
