摘　　要：本文是对2015年发表的关于中国仲裁的英文文献综述，共包括21篇相关文献，其主题涉及对我国仲裁理论与实践多方面的问题研究。作者将文献归为以下八个主题进行简述：仲裁协议相关的法律问题，仲裁机构和规则发展，仲裁程序问题，仲裁员责任，仲裁裁决的承认与执行，调解有关的学术讨论，香港地区仲裁实践，以及投资仲裁专题。通过对这些文献的主题和论点进行归纳，本文试图展现国际仲裁交流平台上的中国仲裁发展形象，以及为国内外学者和实务界人士提供更多的信息和思考维度。This paper summarises 21 English publications which are published in 2015 with the focus of the development of China＇s international arbitration practice. According to the topics of these publications, the author＇s review will follow the themes such as： the validity of arbitration agreement and the parallel proceedings, the development of arbitration institutions and arbitration rules, the issues in relation to arbitration proceedings, the liability of arbitrators, the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards, discussions in relation to mediation, practices in Hong Kong, and investment arbitration. By reviewing these publications and summarising the major points made by the authors, this paper aims to illustrate how the current status of China＇s arbitration market is represented in the international arbitration forum ; it also aims to provide information and bring perspectives for both Chinese and international scholars and practitioners in regard to the development of Chinese arbitration in the future.
