摘　　要：随着我国高等教育大众化的快速发展,近年来我国大学生入学人数逐年增长,以及学校对大学生就业能力培养的重视程度不够、缺少数量充足的就业指导教师,导致我国当前大学生就业形势十分严峻。为了更好地缓解大学生就业紧张的问题,通过相应的研究,以目标管理理论为基础,探寻更科学合理的解决路径。With the rapid increase of higher education popularization in China in recent years,university student admission rates have increased year by year,and the number of students has also increased,but,most of the universities couldn＇t support these students with comprehensive employability guiding. The shortage of employment training teacher is one of the causes. In order to solve the problem of college students＇ employment rate,this paper,based on target management theory,will explore a more scientific and reasonable solution.
