摘　　要：数字时代的到来为高校图书馆阅读推广工作带来机遇与挑战。文章尝试探讨高校图书馆阅读推广的含义,分析数字背景下高校图书馆阅读推广的特点与面临的挑战,努力通过夯实思想基础、构建人才支撑、完善机制建设、拓宽发展路径与加强环境建设,构建较为完善的图书馆阅读推广长效机制,努力实现高校图书馆"阅读育人"的使命职责。The arrival of digital times means opportunities and challenges for university libraries to the promote reading. This paper attempts to explore the meaning of reading promotion in university libraries and analyze the characteristics of reading promotion and challenges of university libraries in the digital environment. In order to construct a more effective reading promotion mechanism,the ideological foundation should be consolidated and the personnel support should be established. What＇s more,＂reading education＂,the improvement of mechanism development,the expanding of development path and strengthen of environment construction are extremely urgently needed so that university libraries could accomplish their mission.
