摘　　要：农地流转是农民职业转变或土地经营权变化的过程,是在城市化与工业化进程下的必然趋势。文章分别以储蓄、风险投资、家庭经营资产与首饰资本为因变量,运用分位数回归的方法研究农地流转的影响。研究表明,农村的风险市场缺失,农民投资债券等有价证券的热情不高,储蓄仍然是最为主要的投资方式,平均占比66.6%;耕地数量与土地外包的作用随着储蓄、家庭经营资产与首饰资本分位点的提高而呈现上升趋势,而土地流转则随着储蓄、家庭经营资产与首饰资本分位点的上升而呈现下降趋势;土地外包将导致家庭经营资产比重上升,外包土地则会提高承包农户土地数量,从而进一步推动家庭经营资产的比重上升。Rural land transfer is the process of changes in farmers＇ career or land ownership; it is also an inevitable trend in the urbanization and industrialization process. This paper uses Saving, Venture Capital, Family management Assets, Jewelry Capital Assets as the dependent variable and the quantile regression method to study the impact of rural land transfer. The research shows that there is a lack of rural risk markets, farmers are not very much interested in investing bonds, and savings are still the most major investment, accounting for 66. 6% on average. As savings, family assets, and quantile jewelry capital rise, the amount of cultivated land and its outsourcing are on the increase whereas rural land transfer is on the decrease. Land outsourcing increases the proportion of family assets, and outsourcing land increases the number of contract farmers, thus promoting the proportion of family assets. So in the development pattern of China＇s economy, it is necessary to pay more attention to rural land transfer and establish a complete system of land circulation and land outsourcing market. At the same time, it is vital to encourage rural residents to optimize asset allocation in order to form a reasonable asset allocation pattern.
