摘 要:针对采用有源相控阵技术的高分辨率合成孔径雷达(SAR)应用要求,设计制作了一款尺寸小、重量轻、厚度薄、可与片式天线阵面相兼容的片式T/R组件,对该片式T/R组件的接收和发射电路、垂直互连性能进行了仿真分析,并对该T/R组件样机进行测试验证,在X波段获得的测试结果为:接收增益大于24 d B,噪声系数小于3d B,发射功率大于1 W,垂直互连的端口驻波小于1.35,垂直互连的插损小于0.2 d B。尺寸仅为10 mm×10 mm×5mm,可应用于相关工程中。High resolution SAR, which has a detect ability of all-weather, large-range and high-accuracy, is widely valued by many countries including USA with development of radar technology recently. Micro chip T/R module with advantage of small, light and thin, meets the demands of melnbrane SAR. Micro chip T/R module is the key component of Membrane SAR. This article focus on receiving circuit, transmitting circuit and vertical interconnection simulation of micro chip T/R module, and shows receving gain of micro chip T/R module more than 24 dB, nosie figure less than 3 dB, tranmitting power more than 1 W, vertical interconnection SWR less than 1.35 and vertical interconnection loss less than 0.2 dB. Micro chip T/R module has advanced feature of noise figure and receiving gain. This provides reference to engineer application.
