摘 要:采用大气等离子喷涂工艺,分别以Al_2O_3和Al_2O_3-3%TiO_2(AT3)粉末为喷涂原料,电弧电流参数分别设置为550A、575A和600A,进而改变特征喷涂参数(CPSP),在基体GCr15钢的试样表面制备陶瓷绝缘涂层。对制备的电绝缘涂层分别进行孔隙率、显微硬度、结合强度和绝缘电阻等性能指标的测试,并用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分别对涂层的微观形貌和相成分进行表征,综合分析以找出较优的绝缘涂层喷涂试验方案。研究结果表明,随着特征喷涂参数的增大,Al_2O_3涂层的绝缘电阻和结合强度呈现出先升后降的趋势,其显微硬度却逐渐减小;AT3涂层的绝缘电阻持续降低而结合强度却持续升高,其显微硬度呈现出先降后升之势;采用合理的CPSP参数制备从Al_2O_3和AT3涂层,均可获得良好的绝缘性能和粘结性能。The technology for atmospheric plasma spraying used Al2O3 and Al2O3-3% TiO2 (AT3) powders respectively as spraying raw materials. The arc current parameter was set 550 A, 575 A and 600 A to change critical plasma spray parameter(CPSP) and prepare ceramic insulation coatings on the surface of GCrl5 steel substrate sample. The porosity, microhardness, bonding strength and insulation resistance of the prepared electrical insulating coating was tested, the microstructure and phase composition of the coating were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) respectively. It was analyzed comprehensively to find out the optimal testing scheme for the insulation coating spray. The results show that the insulation resistance and bonding strength of Al2O3 insulation coating rise first and fall later with the increase of CPSP, but its hardness decreases. For AT3 coating insulation resistance, the insulation resistance continues to decrease but the bonding strength had continued to rise, and its hardness rises first and falls later. The Al2O3 coating and the AT3 coating are prepared by using reasonable CPSP parameters to obtain good insulation properties and adhesion properties.
