摘 要:以页岩气水基钻屑替代部分粘土,辅以粉煤灰、煤矸石,制备出了水基钻屑烧结砖,研究了水基钻屑等掺量对烧结砖性能的影响。研究结果表明,水料比为0.18、水基钻屑替代45%粘土、外掺5%的粉煤灰、10%的煤矸石,制备出容重为1167 kg/m^3,抗压强度为10.7 MPa的烧结砖,环保性能优良,且各项性能均满足GB/T 5010-2003中的标准要求。Sintered brick of water-based drilling cuttings was prepared with solid waste water-based drilling cuttings (WDC) replacing some clay and assisted with fly ash and coal gangue. The effect of amount of WDC on the performance of the brick were investigated, and the best mix proportion of cementitious system was selected. The results showed that properties of sintered brick which was prepared according to an ingredient design (water to material ratio of 0.18, WDC replacing of 45% clay, mixed 5% fly-ash and 10% coal gangue) satisfied specific requirements of GB/T 5010-2003. The capacity of the brick was 1167 kg/m3, compressive strength was 10.7 MPa and it had a good environmental performance.
