摘 要:将回转窑还原后的残煤和原煤按比例混合作为内配煤,研究了某低品位铁矿石内配残煤对其还原—弱磁选的影响。结果表明:低品位铁矿石内配残煤不利于铁氧化物的快速还原和铁晶粒长大,焙烧小球金属化率有所降低,但能降低内配煤焙烧小球的孔隙率,提高小球的抗压强度;残煤配比为50%时,磨矿—弱磁选指标较好。Effect of residual-coal proportion on reduction-low intensity magnetic separation of low grade iron ore was studied,using mixture of residual-coal which had been reacted in rotary kiln and the raw coal in a property ratio as inner coal.The results show that the inner residual-coal in low grade iron ore pellets was not conducive to rapid reduction of iron oxide and growing up of iron grain,and metallization rate of mini-pellets decreased. But the strength of pellets was improved due to decrease of roasting pellets porosity. The grinding-low intensity magnetic separation index were preferable as the proportion of the residual-coal in inner coal was 50%.
