摘　　要：目的探讨超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和外周血白细胞(WBC)检测对儿童呼吸道感染性疾病的诊断价值。方法选择我院收治的呼吸道感染性疾病的患儿70例作为观察组,同时选择70例健康体检的儿童作为对照组,分别检测2组全血hs-CRP和外周血白细胞计数,并进行比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组的hs-CRP水平和WBC计数明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在诊断儿童呼吸道感染性疾病中,hs-CRP阳性率高于WBC。结论 hs-CRP联合WBC计数检测有利于儿童呼吸道感染性疾病的早期诊断,值得临床推广。Objective Explore the hypersensitive c-reactive protein （hs - CRP） and peripheral blood cells （WBC） test value to the diagnosis of children＇s respiratory tract infectious diseases. Methods Select the records of children with respiratory infectious diseases in 70 cases in our hospital as observation group, at the same time, choose 70 cases of healthy check-up children as control group, Two groups of whole blood was detected in the hs - CRP and peripheral blood leukocyte count, and the comparison. Results Compared with the control group and observation group of hs - CRP significantly increased and the WBC count, The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05 ）.In the diagnosis of childhood respiratory infectious diseases, the hs - CRP positive rate is higher than the WBC. Conclusion The hs joint the WBC count - CRP detection is helpful for the early diagnosis of children＇s respiratory tract infectious diseases, worth clinical promotion.
