摘  要:目的:研究石柴方中有效成分经鼻给药的吸收特征。方法:采用大鼠在体鼻腔循环灌流和单向灌流的模型,HPLC测定灌流液中α-细辛脑和柴胡皂苷a的量,考察不同药物质量浓度、不同配伍比例对柴胡和石菖蒲中有效成分吸收的影响。结果:药物质量浓度对柴胡皂苷和石菖蒲挥发油的吸收速率常数无显著影响,配伍后石菖蒲挥发油对柴胡皂苷的吸收速率常数有影响。结论:石柴方中的柴胡皂苷和石菖蒲挥发油均能透过鼻黏膜吸收,但配伍使用后石菖蒲挥发油抑制柴胡皂苷的鼻腔吸收。Objective:To study the characteristics of absorbing effective ingredients in Shichaifang through nasal. Methods: Took nasal unidirectional perfusion model and recirculating perfusion model to determine the contents of Saikosaponin a and α- asarone by HPLC, so as to study the drug concentration and different formula proportion on the absorption of Bupleurum and Shichangpu. Results: The concentration of the drug had no sig- nificant impact on the combined with volatile and volatile oil in Shic absorption rate constant of Saikosaponin and volatile oil of Shi Changpu. Saikosaponin oil of Shi Changpu could affect the absorption rate constant. Conclusion: Saikosaponin hangpu can be absorbed through the nasal mucosa, while the nasal absorption of Saikosa- ponin was inhibited after using volatile oil of Shichangpu
