中医药对类风湿关节炎基质金属蛋白酶作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：本文以基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)与类风湿关节炎(RA)、中医药对RA中MMPs的作用为基础,总结了近几年中医复方、中药单体以及中医疗法对RA治疗中MMPs表达的研究进展。提出中医药调节MMPs表达在RA靶向治疗中的重要作用。In this paper, based on matrix metalloproteinase （MMPs）, rheumatoid arthritis （RA）, and the role of traditional Chinese medicine for MMPs in RA, the research progress of the expression of MMPs in the treatment of RA in traditional Chinese medicine compound, Chinese medicine monomer and Chinese medicine therapy was summarized, and significant role of traditional Chinese medicine in the regulation of MMPs expression in RA targeted therapy was put forward.
