摘　　要：随着资本逻辑在世界范围内的复制和落地,当下世界经济已经由"国民经济"演绎为"全球化经济"。资本逻辑主导下的经济全球化,尽管成为"历史向世界历史转变"的生力军,但是发达资本主义国家却是最主要的受益者,他们凭借经济政治手段所推行的生态帝国主义"欠"下发展中国家巨量的生态债务。这严重侵蚀和消解了本应遵循国际平等原则的生态正义。为了保障国家生态安全,有必要在"既利用资本"但"又限制资本"的二元张力中建构契合国情的生态正义,不断迈向生态帝国主义的超越之路,尽管这条路任重而道远。With the replications and landing of capital logic in the world, the present world economy has been evolving into ＂global economy＂ from ＂national economy＂. Economic globalization under the guidance of capital logic, despite being a force in the transition from ＂history to world history＂, the developed capitalist countries are the main beneficiaries, and they have ＂owed＂ huge amount of ecological debts to developing countries by economic and political means of ecological imperialism. This seriously erodes and dissipates ecological justice which is supposed to follow the principle of international equality. In order to guarantee national ecological security, it is necessary to construct the ecological justice conforming to the national conditions in the dual tension of ＂using capital＂ and ＂restraining capital＂, the goal of which is to reach the path of beyond ecological imperialism though a long way to go.
